Located in Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, Sanaa offers a unique dining experience with a blend of African and Indian cuisine. Whether you're here for lunch or dinner, you'll find a variety of dishes that showcase the rich culinary traditions of these regions.

Indian-style Bread Service

Our meal began with the Indian-style Bread Service, a must-try for anyone visiting Sanaa. This dish includes five different breads: Traditional Naan, Garlic-Ginger Naan, Spiced Naan, Onion Kulcha, and Paneer Paratha. Alongside, you get all nine flavorful accompaniments such as Cucumber Raita, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Mango Chutney, Tomato-Date Jam, Tamarind Chutney, Coriander Chutney, Garlic Pickle, Red Chile Sambal, and Spicy Jalapeño-Lime Pickle. This delightful starter costs $22.

Samosas

For a plant-based option, the Potato and Pea Samosas are a great choice. These crispy pockets are served with Tamarind and Mango Chutney, providing a sweet and tangy contrast to the savory filling. They are priced at $11.

Potjie Inspired Butter Chicken

Moving on to the mains, we tried the Potjie Inspired Butter Chicken. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and they were very accommodating when asked to serve the sauce on the side rather than on top of the chicken as it typically is. Served with Lentil Daal and Scented Basmati Rice, this dish is perfect for those who enjoy a mild yet aromatic curry.

Potjie Inspired Braised Beef

Another highlight is the Potjie Inspired Braised Beef. This dish features succulent beef braised to perfection, paired with Rajma Masala, a hearty red kidney bean curry. Like the Butter Chicken, it's served with Scented Basmati Rice and is priced at $32.
